Shipping & Returns
All initial orders will be shipped the same day to address as provided by the customer within 24 hours, Monday thru Friday by 3 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST). As a precaution customer address will be automatically verified in our system to make sure it is valid. If address comes back as invalid, we will make further attempts to contact the customer and verify the information.
Please allow us an additional 24 hours from the time your order is processed to provide you with a tracking number. Once you have the tracking number please allow time for it to enter the USPS system and register. All orders can be directly tracked within your account that you created upon making the purchase or directly at the USPS website.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100 and international orders over $300. Shipping cost will be automatically deducted during checkout, as soon as the total amount reaches $100, or $300 internationally.
All domestic orders are shipped the same day via USPS and usually take 2-3 business days to deliver. We do not ship our products to the following states due to legal restrictions: Indiana, Wisconsin, Vermont and Tenessee.
International orders are shipped the same day via USPS and usually take 7-14 business days to deliver. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are buyer’s responsibility and cannot be reduced for any reason. All costs will be calculated at checkout and will depend on weight and destination. You are responsible to know the laws of your country, and it is important for you to familiarize yourself with your country’s legal polices and customs regulations prior to import. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs hold ups or seizures. In addition, while we do ship internationally, we do not ship to the following countires: Australia, Burma, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Lithuania, Malaysia, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Thailand, Myramar and Vietnam.
If at any time during the foreign shipping process a customer receives a “seizure letter” from any customs service, it is generally required that a copy of that letter is digitally reproduced (scanned or legible photograph) and e-mailed to us for examination. The reason for this is to give us a chance to interpret your countries legal policies on the products being shipped, and to write a response for release of the seized shipment.
Return & Refund Policy
We will accept returns if it is due to damage that is our fault or manufacturers defect. We prefer not to accept returns of our product due to the fact that we cannot resell it. Although we will listen to all cases, should the need arise, refunds may be possible within 15 days of purchase. If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel your order then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. We cannot promise that we can intercept it though if its already been processed.
Missing or Damaged Items
If you are missing an item, or the item you receive is damaged then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. If a refund is deemed necessary then we will manually refund your transaction or the appropriate amount for the returned items.
As most issues can be solved easily, we take chargebacks very seriously and will consider them fraud. Chargebacks will be taken to the full extent of law, and will subject the client to being put on the no sell list.
